FMCSA-compliant dispute resolution for interstate moves
As a federally licensed interstate mover (USDOT #3820498), Worry Free Moving LLC is required to offer an arbitration program for resolving disputes related to loss, damage, or charges for interstate household goods shipments.
Arbitration provides a neutral, cost-effective alternative to litigation for resolving disputes that cannot be settled through our standard claims process.

Before initiating arbitration, you must first file a claim with us and allow us to respond. We strongly encourage attempting to resolve disputes directly with our team.
Submit a written claim within 9 months of delivery. Include photos, inventory numbers, and estimated value of loss/damage.
We will acknowledge receipt of your claim within 30 days.
We will provide a written offer or denial within 120 days of receiving your claim.
If you disagree with our resolution, you may request arbitration within 90 days of our final offer.

The arbitrator's decision is binding on both parties. The decision will be made based on the written submissions unless an oral hearing is requested and approved.
Arbitration decisions are typically rendered within 60 days of the submission of all materials.
By participating in arbitration, you agree to be bound by the arbitrator's decision and waive your right to pursue the matter in court (except to enforce the arbitration decision).
