As required by FMCSA regulations, Worry Free Moving offers the following valuation coverage options for interstate moves.
For moves performed entirely within OH, full replacement value is the default — Worry Free Moving is liable for the full replacement value of your goods, with no per-pound cap, unless you sign or initial a released-value election limiting liability to $0.60 per pound per article. Where you declare a value, the full-value declared minimum is the greater of your declared value or $6.00 per pound times the weight of your shipment.

Included at no additional cost. Coverage is limited to $0.60 per pound per article.
Available for an additional charge. Under this option, Worry Free Moving is liable for the replacement value of lost or damaged goods, or the cost of repair.
For moves within OH, full replacement value is already included by default (see In-State Moves above). The option to add or decline coverage described here applies to interstate (cross-state) moves.
These valuation options are governed by 49 CFR Part 375. Worry Free Moving will discuss these options with you before your move and include your selection on the Bill of Lading. This is not insurance — it is the mover's liability for loss or damage.
