Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Worry Free Moving regarding your interstate move, we offer an arbitration program as required by FMCSA regulations. Before proceeding to arbitration, we encourage you to first contact our claims department to resolve the issue directly.

Arbitration Is a Final Step

Arbitration is offered only after our internal claims process has run its course — that means you've filed a claim, we've reviewed it, and the matter wasn't resolved (for example, a denial or an offer you declined). Arbitration Process

You may request arbitration for loss, damage, or overcharge claims
Arbitration is available for disputes under $10,000
You must file a written claim with us first and allow 60 days for response
Arbitration decisions are binding
Your share of the arbitration cost is capped at $400 (you pay up to 50% of the cost, never more than this cap)
If you prevail in arbitration, we reimburse your share of the arbitration cost
