To receive a written estimate from Worry Free Moving before your move
To choose between binding and non-binding estimates
To choose your valuation coverage option
To receive the "Your Rights and Responsibilities" booklet before your move
To be present at the weighing of your shipment
To file a claim for loss or damage within 9 months of delivery
To dispute charges through the arbitration process
To receive prompt claim settlement (within 120 days)

Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your shipment
Be available during pickup and delivery windows
Inspect your belongings at delivery and note any damage
Pay charges as agreed upon in your contract with Worry Free Moving
File claims promptly if you discover loss or damage

Filing a Claim

To file a claim for loss or damage with Worry Free Moving, submit a written description of the issue along with your booking number to [email protected] or call 330-435-8686. Claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery for interstate moves.Worry Free Moving will acknowledge your claim within 30 days and resolve it within 120 days.
