By booking moving services with Worry Free Moving, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include local moving, interstate moving, labor-only, packing, and related services as described on our website.
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary based on actual weight (interstate), hours (local/labor), and additional services requested on moving day. When available, binding estimates guarantee a maximum price.
All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 5.9% processing fee. Cancellations within 24-72 hours incur a 14.9% + $0.30 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 29.9% + $0.30 cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged a minimum service fee.
Basic Released Value protection of $0.60 per pound per article is included at no additional cost. Full Value Protection is available at an additional charge. Interstate moves are covered under FMCSA regulations.
Property Damage (Floors, Walls & Premises). Worry Free Moving takes reasonable care to protect your home and uses floor and surface protection where practical. Our liability for damage to floors, walls, doorframes, railings, or other parts of the premises is limited to damage caused by our crew's proven negligence, up to the liability limits above, and does not include ordinary wear, pre-existing conditions, or cosmetic marks that are an unavoidable part of moving large or heavy items through a given space. You accept the reasonable risks inherent in moving — in particular, if you direct our crew to move an unusually heavy or oversized item into, out of, or through a space that cannot safely accommodate it, you assume responsibility for any resulting damage to the item or the premises. To preserve a claim, please point out and photograph any pre-existing damage before we begin, and report new damage to the crew before they leave and in writing within your claim-filing window.
Some items cannot be transported on a moving trailer — hazardous materials, perishables, vehicles, firearms, irreplaceables, and others. The full list is published on our restricted-items policy page. By booking with Worry Free Moving, you confirm that no listed items will be in the load. If our crew finds restricted items on move day, they may refuse to load them, and presence of certain items can void your cargo insurance.
Any disputes arising from services provided by Worry Free Moving will first be handled through our internal claims process. If unresolved, binding arbitration may be pursued per FMCSA requirements for interstate shipments.
